Morgan Ruff

Board of Director

Morgan has a bachelor's degree from Western Washington University and a Master's degree from the University of Washington in marine policy planning and management. Morgan has spent her career working for the Federal, State and Tribal government supporting endangered species recovery coordination and collaboration in the Puget Sound region. She has staffed as well as served on numerous advisory boards in King and Snohomish Counties as well as at the Puget Sound region. Morgan has been a Skagit Gleaners board member since 2015 and supports the Board in strategic planning and experience in federal and state grants.
